With our Standard Event Package, guests have partial day use of our ballroom and Kallah room. Additional decor, drapery and rentals are now allowed. Valet Parking is available at an additional expense.

  • Party planners/Florists can come after 9am.
  • Kallah pictures after 1:00pm.
  • Kallah room available after 9am.
  • The ballroom is available for caterers after 1pm.
  • Musicians can set up after 1pm.
  • No draping walls.
  • Mood lighting is allowed in the ballroom.
  • No setup or design on the Patio.
  • No rental of tables/chairs/Mechitzas or props allowed.

By Booking the Chabad House, You Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions:

In compliance with Halachah Chabad House reserves the right to expect a standard of Tznius according to Halacha for all weddings, Bar Mitzvahs and events. No reservation will be confirmed without prior agreement to these policies.

Caterer Rules & Fees: The caterer charge is $600.

The Caterer is expected to leave all rooms used, swept clean and the kitchen mopped and cleaned.  The caterer will be obligated to leave a $500 security deposit which will be returned within a week after the event unless any additional cost was incurred to Chabad House due to the event.  The caterer is also obligated to provide his liability Insurance Coverage.  The Caterer will not be able to use the facilities without sending in the security deposit and insurance.

Length of Events:  Up To 5.5hrs for a wedding; 4hrs. for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, etc.; An additional fee of $250 will be charged for each additional hour.

Set Up Time: Chabad House will allow the Caterer to start preparations 4 hours prior to the event.  Any other setup time needed will be charged at $100 per hour and must be arranged prior to the event.  Drop off of tablecloths, centerpieces, etc. can be brought not more than 24 hours prior to the event and must be coordinated with Rabbi Mendy Carlebach.

Cancellations: In case the customer should cancel the event, Chabad House – Lubavitch, Inc. will retain $250 of the deposit money.  If the customer cancels the event 90 days or less prior to the event and the date has not been rebooked for equal or greater value, Chabad House reserves the right to retain the entire deposit.

Mechitza: There must be separate tables for both the men’s and women’s section. Caterers must comply with these requirements as well. Under no circumstances may the mechitza be opened during the event.

General Information and Policies:  All caterers must fall under Orthodox Kosher supervision.  All Caterers must follow our kosher supervision guidelines i.e. Pas Yisroel and Cholov Yisroel. All events must be conducted according to Halachic standards of modesty which include:  a partition between men and women for dancing; all entertainment must meet Chabad guidelines – i.e. Kol Isha is not permitted when men are present.

  • The signee will be responsible for any and all damages to any part or portion of Chabad House
  • Ball playing is not allowed in any area of Chabad House
  • CCTV cameras operate in Chabad House and around the exterior grounds
  • The Chabad House Kitchens and Dining Areas will be left in the same condition as upon arrival
  • The following are prohibited in and around our facility: Smoking including E-Cigarettes/Vapes.
  • Open flame devices and cooking appliances such as electric skillets, immersion coils, toaster ovens, broilers, hot plates, etc. are prohibited in all of our rooms.
