HALL RENTAL

Our Standard Event Hall Rental Package provides guests with partial-day access to our ballroom and Kallah room. This package includes our in-house tables, chairs, and Mechitzas. Please kindly note that additional decor, drapery, and seating rentals are not allowed within the scope of this package. Valet Parking is available for an additional fee.

A: Caterers and all vendors must supply Chabad House Lubavitch with additional liability insurance.

A: There is very limited street parking, valet parking is available for an additional fee.

For Kashrus reasons, only approved Caterers by Chabad Lubavitch will be allowed.

A: No, it is not required but having a planner may help.

A: Yes, as long as all the standards are met.

A: No items can be screwed into the walls or ceilings. No hanging items from the chandeliers.

A: The caterer is responsible for the cleanup of the tables and floors. Cleanup of the bathrooms is provided by the hall.

A: Without prior approval, the ballroom has to be emptied after the event.

A: Yes, for a coat room attendant please be in touch with your caterer. Otherwise, on snowy and rainy days there are coat racks available.

A: Smoke machines, confetti, fire, or loose candles not in votive holders are not allowed in the ballroom.
